Browsing this website
This informational website has no contact form, newsletter, user accounts, advertising or visitor analytics. Its fonts and visual assets are served with the website. We do not implement marketing cookies, embedded maps or videos, cross-site tracking or automated decisions about visitors.
Hosting infrastructure processes technical connection data, such as IP address, request time, requested resource and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Operational data is retained as necessary for service delivery, security and the investigation of incidents.
The hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary security cookies to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated abuse. For example, Cloudflare's __cf_bm cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These cookies support website security and are not used by BlackMint for marketing or visitor analytics.
Lovable hosting also uses a technical delivery cookie named __dpl, observed with a lifetime of up to 24 hours. This supports the operation of the hosted website. BlackMint does not add application cookies or use these hosting cookies to build marketing profiles.
If you email us
We process the contact details and message you provide, usually your name, email address, business affiliation and enquiry, to reply and assess a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), or steps at your request before a contract where Article 6(1)(b) applies. Providing information is voluntary; we need a reply address and sufficient context to respond. Please agree a secure exchange before sending sensitive documents.
We retain correspondence for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and, where relevant, manage an engagement, comply with applicable record-keeping duties or establish and defend legal claims. Retention is determined by the nature and status of the matter and applicable obligations. An engagement may be subject to a separate privacy notice.
Service providers and access
The website is hosted through Lovable Labs Sweden AB, Regeringsgatan 25, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. Hosting and email service providers process information needed to operate these services. Access within BlackMint and by professional advisers is limited to what is needed for the enquiry, engagement or a legal obligation. We do not sell enquiry data or use it for unsolicited marketing.
Hosting providers may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. The provider describes its transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable, in its privacy information. Information about applicable safeguards can also be requested at our privacy contact.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to info@BlackMintAdvisory.com; we normally respond within one month, with any lawful extension explained.
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or your competent supervisory authority, and seek a judicial remedy.
